Site risk assessment
Assessing the risks of a response is an ongoing aspect of responder life. This is a starter document for download and personal modification. The risk factors currently listed are the general ones that have been encountered by the people who made the sheet. The way to use this template is to determine a site risk threshold and then determine the numeric value of each risk. Once a risk reaches the numeric threshold value, mitigating steps are determined to reduce the risk to at or below the threshold number rating if possible. Please feel free to modify your own copy to add any risks that may be missing. Each site will have risk additions to this document that require individual site assessments for complete accuracy.
